Thank you for choosing Ms. Nikki's Noodle Studio for your party! We love celebrating and work hard to make your party fun and how you imagined! Please review and provide the following information to help us make your party a success! Our space can only occupy 25 people. We are happy to accommodate set-up requests when we can and ask that if you do have certain requests, to let us know 10 days in advance to your party date. Stand Alone Cost: $60 an hour. With a Party Service: $50 an hour.

Security Deposit: Please write a check to Ms. Nikki's Noodle Studio for your security deposit of $100 within 5 days of your contact to hold your spot. You may coordinate a drop off or mail it to Ms. Nikki's Noodle Studio at 211 E. Michigan Ave. Marshall, MI. 49068

Instructions for our space.

Tables & Chairs:

Our space is small and can only fit up to 25 people. We offer only school style table & chairs. We have 4 rectangle school tables, one little circle table, and a folding table that we can provide on request. We have 15 larger school chairs and 5 small children chairs. We also can provide 3 more large school chairs and 2 folding chairs on request.

Decorations:

You may decorate the brick wall, the dark wood paneling with whatever fasteners you need, as long as there is no damage to the space. The dry wall & white spaces must be decorated using MASKING tape only, if you must decorate it. All green/olive wood must not be touched as it is original to the building.

Cleaning:

We kindly expect you to clean up after yourselves. Please use the broom, mop, or whatever you need to clean up the space, tables & chairs. Cleaning materials are in the closet to the right of the bathroom. Please take your the trash to the back dumpster.

Lock Up:

If you receive keys: please be sure to lock the front door first, leave the key near the coffee machine, and then lock the bottom lock of the back door as you leave. If you don't receive keys, please lock the front door first, the lock the bottom lock of the back door as you leave. When you are done locking up, please text me (517-617-9150) to confirm that all of the doors are locked.

Food & Drink:

Yes, food is allowed! Please do not use any extension cords for your slow cookers.

Payment: Please pay via this form, requesting a payment link, Paypal or by money order. Payment must be received by the day of your party.

Receiving your Deposit Back:

When your party is finished and if everything looks good, you can either receive your check back via pick-up, or we can shred it for you. We will communicate this to you after your event.

Cancellations:

If canceled one month before your event you will receive your deposit back. Unless we a previous arrangement was made between Ms. Nikki's Noodle Studio and the renter, then you we will keep your deposit and you will not owe anything additional for the space.
