Costume Party & Witches' Night Out

Service Description

You Ready Witches?! Dust off your brooms. Spooky Season is in full swing and we don't want you to miss a thing. We will watch your little Monsters while you shop until you can't anymore at the Witches' Night Out! Dress them up (or not) for a costume party complete with music, spooky decor, games and more! They will have fun with all of the not-so-spooky toys the Noodle Studio has to offer as well. For ages 2 years & up. Here is how it works. Every hour is $12 per child. Buying one of these classes is just 1-hour of time for 1 child. Just buy as many "Participants" as you need to foot your bill and we can adjust at the end if you needed more time. EX: Purchase 2 participants if you need 2-hours for 1 child. We apologize that there isn't an easier way. You could just email, text, call or message us on socials for a special link to pay online or pay via Venmo/Paypal. For this special event, we will accept payment at the door: Please have Cash (We won't have change), Paypal, Zelle, & Venmo. Call or text 517-617-9150 for assistance. Cancellation Policy

All sales are final unless it is a proven emergency. Under special circumstances like this, please let us know. We will gladly provide a credit for a future service. By filling out this form you are allowing Ms. Nikki's Noodle Studio, LLC. to take photos and videos during classes for marketing and advertising purposes. If you would like to opt out of this, please contact us. By filling out this form and participating in a class, I understand and agree that in participating in any class, program, event, activity or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury. I voluntarily agree to assume all risks and responsibility for any injury or accident, which might occur to my child during any class, program, event, activity or performance. I agree to not hold Ms. Nikki's Noodle Studio L.L.C, any teacher, instructor, contractor or facilities liable for any injury including, but not limited to personal injury, illness, disability, loss, or death that may occur before, during, or after class, program, event, activity or performances. I give my consent to Ms. Nikki's Noodle Studio L.L.C. to use any media or medium of me, my child and/or family for posting on Ms. Nikki's Noodle Studio L.L.C social media pages as well as for advertising and/or promotional activities. I understand that I can inform Ms. Nikki's Noodle Studio L.L.C that we wish for our family and/or child to be on the company's social media pages.
